About the artist Alexis Niziol
Alexis loved to make something out of nothing. One splendid example is a working wooden toy, beautifully sculpted and painted, of a frog squat upon a toadstool with a fly circling above. Upon rotating the crankshaft, the frog leaps intermittently to try to catch the fly.
About the prints and cards
These Giclee prints and greetings cards are produced using pigment inks on 100% cotton textured watercolour papers, with cards printed onto a heavyweight 310gsm fine art paper.
